Responsible play
Age, where to get help, and what to do if gambling has stopped being fun.
Age
Be 21 or older.
The casino states 21 as the minimum age for Royal Rewards, its player program, and asks for a valid photo ID. Its site gives no separate gambling age, so before you go ask the casino what it requires on the floor. If you're under 21, don't go.
Get help
Help is one phone call away. Call before it gets worse.

When play stops being fun
The casino's responsible gaming page lists these signs, and we agree with them. You might see yourself or someone you know:
- Gambling takes over your thinking and you can't stop.
- You brag about wins and say little about losses.
- You get restless or irritable when you aren't playing.
- You play more to win back what you lost.
- You borrow money to gamble, or lie about the time and the debts.
- You miss work or put a job or relationship at risk.
If that sounds familiar, stop for the day, step outside, and call one of the numbers above. You don't have to hit bottom first. Gambling problems are a health condition, not a character flaw.
If it's someone else
Pick a private moment, describe what you've seen and how it affects you, listen without judging, and suggest a helpline rather than trying to counsel them yourself. Look after yourself too: their gambling is not your fault.
