No tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. No ads, no social buttons, no maps.

The dealer courses form

If you fill in the form on the dealer courses page, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. We use them for one purpose: to pass them to Royal River Casino & Hotel so the casino can contact you about a course. We don't use them for marketing and we don't sell them.

The casino receives the same details. What it does with them is covered by its own privacy policy, not this one.

We store each application for 12 months, then delete it. The file is kept on the server outside any public page, with no IP address or browser details attached. The tick box is your consent; without it the form won't send.

Email

If you write to [email protected], we get your address and what you say, and we use it to reply. We don't set a retention period for emails.

Server logs

Like any web host, ours records each request: your IP address, the time, the page asked for and your browser's identification. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. Their retention is set by the host.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and give the name and email you used. If you ask us to delete an application we have already sent to the casino, we can't delete the casino's copy; contact the casino for that.

Age

This site is for adults. Don't send us your details if you're under 21.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we'll change the text here.
